Here at Active Country, our goal is for you to be happy with the products you buy. Not only because we are honored that you are paying your own hard earned money to wear our products, but because we want you to be proud of what you wear, and that’s not possible if you aren’t satisfied. We know how challenging it can be to purchase clothes for you or others online. If you, or the wearer, are not fully satisfied with your purchase (color, size, fit, style, etc.) you may return it for a merchandise refund, credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt of purchase (delivered to destination).
IMPORTANT: We will accept only new items that have not been worn, washed, dry-cleaned, laundered, altered or damaged in any way.
If necessary, how do I Return & Exchange Items?
Just complete the Returns Form that will be included in your shipment and enclose it with the item you are returning. Please include Returns Form and original sales receipt with return shipment. Return/Exchange packages must be shipped pre-paid. For your security, please return your item with an insured courier with tracking options (i.e. FedEx, UPS or USPS) and hold onto the shipping receipt. Active Country is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. We do not accept C.O.D. packages.

IMPORTANT: Original and Return postage is refunded only when damaged or defective merchandise is returned as a result of the fault of the shipping carrier or an error in the order made by Active Country.
Is there a restocking fee?
If merchandise is sent back that has been worn, washed, dry-cleaned, laundered, altered or damaged in any way, there will be a minimum 20% restocking fee up to a complete non-refund depending on the condition of the item returned.
IMPORTANT: Please be sure to package items in any original packaging and labels and package them as carefully as possible.
How long does it take to get my credit or exchange?
All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Please note that return credit takes approximately 5-7 business days to process upon receipt of the item and then your card will be promptly credited (minus the original shipping charges), and a return credit receipt will be mailed to your shipping address. Exchanges will be sent out after original items have been inspected.
